| 摘 要： | 目的:研究跌打活血酊药效学.方法:采用实验性大鼠足跖肿胀、肉芽肿和小鼠腹腔血管通透性实验.结果:跌打活血酊非常显著促进小鼠瘀血吸收、消散作用,而对小鼠热板性致痛及化学性致痛均无显著性镇痛作用.结论:跌打活血酊具有明显的抗炎作用.

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the pharmacodynamics of Diedahuoxue tincture. Method: The swelling of plantar and granuloma in experimental rats and the experiment of permeation of abdominal blood vessel in mice were used. Result: Diedahuoxue tincture is good in promoting the absorption to rats'blood stasis and decreasing the swelling, but there was not action in the rats pain induced by the hot plate and chemical pain. Conclusion: Diedahuoxue tincture is good in the action of anti-inflammatory. |
