原发性腹膜后肿瘤的诊治分析

目的总结原发性腹膜后肿瘤的诊断和治疗经验。方法回顾性分析1998年1月至2008年1月经山西省肿瘤医院收治的103例原发性腹膜后肿瘤，分析总结患者基本特征、其病理学类型、影像学检查、外科手术治疗等临床资料。结果男53例，女50例，中位年龄44．5岁。原发性腹膜后肿瘤临床表现主要以腹部包块、腹痛、腹胀和腰背痛为主，超声、CT和MRI等影像学检查诊断检出率均可达100％。本组病例中完整切除75例，肿瘤完全切除率72．81％，其中联合脏器切除22例。28例部分切除。结论影像学检查对术前诊断和确定手术切除范围有重要意义。完善的术前准备和联合脏器切除可以提肿瘤高完整切除率，对其诊治有重要意义。

Diagnosis and treatment of Primary retroperitoneal tumor

Objective To summarize the experience of diagnosis and surgical treatment of primary retroperitoneal tumor. Methods Clinical data of 103 cases with PRT treated from January 1998 to January 2008 in Shanxi cancer hospital were retrospectively analyzed including the cases eharactoristics, image examination, pathologic examination, surgical procedure and prognosis. Results 103 patients were collected in the analysis abdominal package soon,bellyache, abdominal distention, lumbodorsal pain were common in the patients with primary retroperitoneal tumor, Ultrasound, CT, MRI examination could effectively applied. In them ,53 patients were male ,50 patients were female, and the median year old was 44. 5 years. Complete resections were performed in75 patients（72. 81% ） , among whom 22 patients accepted combined organ resections. Partial resection was chosen for28 patients. Conclusion Preoperative image examination is crucial for the diagnosis and the evaluation of the perative respectability. For those PRT patients, effective pre-operation preparation and combined organ resection can be helpful in the complete resection of the primary tumor.
