自建半自动生化检测系统精密度和准确度评价

摘    要:目的对自建半自动生化检测系统的精密度和准确度进行评价。方法按美国CLIA’88能力比对检验的分析要求,首先证实检测项目在自建半自动检测系统的不精密度,再通过与目标检测系统间的比对试验证实自建检测系统的不准确度。结果自建半自动生化检测系统中4个检测项目的高值和低值(天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶、葡萄糖、尿素氮、肌酐)批内不精密度均小于CLIA’88允许误差的1/4;除葡萄糖低值的批间不精密度大于CLIA’88允许误差的1/3外,其余各项目高值和低值的批间不精密度均小于CLIA’88允许误差的1/3;与目标检测系统闯比对试验中葡萄糖的相关系数为0.97,其他项目的相关系数均大于0.975。结论自建半自动生化检测系统精密度和准确度评价实验结果与Olympus可溯源参考检测系统比对,除葡萄糖外,其余检测项目与比对系统具有相关性。
