柴胡皂苷类化学成分的LC-MS分析

摘    要:目的建立柴胡皂苷类成分的LC-MS分析方法,研究柴胡皂苷类的化学成分。方法 60%乙醇回流提取柴胡;运用LC-MSn联用技术得到各化合物的总离子流图和多级质谱图,从而对各色谱峰进行鉴定。结果从柴胡提取物中鉴定出23个化合物。结论 HPLC-MSn法可用于柴胡中皂苷类成分的结构分析,为建立快速、准确的质量评价方法提供了参考。

Abstract:Objective To study investigate the saponins in Bupleurum Chinense DC. by LC-MS. Methods The sample was extracted with 60% ethanol. The structures were detected by LC-MS experiments. Results 23 saponins were identified from Bupleurum Chinense DC. Conclusion This method can be used for rapid and accurate identification of saponins in Bupleurum chinense DC.
