异位妊娠744例临床分析

目的:总结异位妊娠的临床诊治经验,探讨异位妊娠的早期诊断及治疗方法。方法:回顾分析2002年1月~2007年1月我院收治的744例异位妊娠患者的诊断及治疗情况。结果:输卵管妊娠580例,卵巢妊娠5例,腹腔妊娠2例,宫颈妊娠4例,非特指异位妊娠153例;手术治疗587例,保守治疗成功141例。结论:异位妊娠与既往妊娠史关系密切,应注重临床表现,结合B超及HCG测定有助于早期诊断;经腹输卵管切除术仍为治疗异位妊娠的常规术式,腹腔镜手术治疗异位妊娠是手术发展的方向,保守治疗有较好的疗效。

Clinical analysis of 744 cases of ectopic pregnancy

Objective:To summarize the clinical experience on the diagnosis and treatment of ectopic pregnancy(EP).Methods:744 cases of EP in our hospital from January 2002 to January 2007 were analyzed retrospectively.Results:There were 580cases of tubal pregnancies,5 cases ovary pregnancies,2 cases abdominal pregnancies,4 cases of cervical pregnancies,153 cases of non-specific pregnancies, surgical treatment 587 cases, successful conservative treatment 141 cases.Conclusion:There is close relation between previous pregnancy history and EP.Emphasis on clinical manifestation ,combined with ultrasound and serum HCG can improve the early diagnosis rate.Trans-abdominal tubal resection is still the routine operation method.Laparoscopy is the tendency of surgical treatment, conservative treatment with has good effect.
