摘    要:目的:应用高频超声技术观察与评价体外反搏对冠心病心绞痛患者血管内皮舒张功能的影响.方法:随机将78例冠心病心绞痛患者分为两组,其中39例在常规药物基础上采用增强型体外反搏治疗为体外反搏组,其他39例应用常规抗心肌缺血药物治疗为常规治疗组.另选择39名年龄、性别相匹配的健康人作为对照组.每例均进行彩色多普勒超声检查,测定血管内皮舒张功能的相关指标并作治疗前后比较观察.结论:体外反搏有改善血管内皮依赖性舒张功能的作用,是辅助治疗冠心病心绞痛的一项有效而安全的疗法.

Abstract:Objective: It is observe the influence of enhanced external counterpulsation (EECP) on endothelial dilation function in patients with argina pectoris of coronary heart disease(CHD) using high frequency ultrasound .Methods:Seventy-eight CHD patients with angina pectoris of were randomly into EECP group (n=39)and routine group (n-39).The routine group was treated with nomal treatment aspirin, Laetoprolol, sorbitrate and pravastatin, the EECP group was treated with EECP besed on the nomlal treatment .The change of endothelial dilation functtion was observed by Dopple ultrasound before and after treatment, and was compared with that in 39 healthly people (control group). Conchlsion: EECP therapy can obviously improve endotheliam-dependent dilatoin ftmction in CHD patients. It is one of effective and safe therapy for assistant treatment of angina pectoris.
