摘    要:医用不锈钢由于具有良好的综合性能以及成熟的生产加工工艺,已广泛应用于骨科、齿科、心血管介入等医疗领域,以及各类外科手术工具,但仍然存在一些临床问题,并面临着其他生物材料带来的挑战。发展新型医用不锈钢,进一步提高医用不锈钢的使用性能,具有重要的现实意义。本文简要介绍了作者团队近年来在高氮无镍不锈钢、抗菌不锈钢、抗支架内再狭窄不锈钢等新型医用不锈钢研究开发方面的重要进展,展现了其临床应用的潜力和前景。

Abstract:Medical stainless steels,with excellent comprehensive properties and mature production techniques,are widely used in medical areas including orthopedics,dentistry and coronary stents as well as various kinds of surgical tools.However they still have some problems in clinic and are facing challenges from other biomaterials.Therefore it is significantly important to develop novel medical stainless steels in order to further improve the performances of the steels.This paper briefly introduces the recent research progresses on novel stainless steels,including the high-nitrogen nickel-free stainless steel,antibacterial stainless steel and in-stent restonesis resistant stainless steel,by authors’ team,and present their potentials and prospects in clinical applications.
