64排多层螺旋 CT 三维重建技术对骶骨肿瘤诊断价值分析

目的:分析64排多层螺旋CT扫描及重建技术对骶骨肿瘤的诊断价值.方法:回顾分析29例骶骨肿瘤的影像学表现,经手术、活检病理或随访证实,其中脊索瘤12例,软骨肉瘤2例,骨巨细胞瘤4例,转移瘤8例,神经源性3例.所有病例经行X线和MDCT检查.结果:骶骨肿瘤患者均摄骨盆X线片,东芝(Toshiba Aquilion)64排多层螺旋CT扫描以及CT三维重建成像的后处理.并且使用CT三维重建成像技术做骨盆图像任意角度旋转,获得骨盆各个方位的图像,详细获得了包括肿瘤范围、肿瘤中心、破坏程度、软组织肿块影和不同的钙化灶的资料.结论:64排多层螺旋CT扫描及其重建技术对骶骨肿瘤的诊断有重要的价值,对于疾病的发现和评估更为敏感,尤其是对骨质的破坏程度的确定,微小钙化的显示,对疾病的诊断及鉴别诊断有重要的价值,对临床选择治疗方式具有重要的价值.

Application of Three-dimensional CT Reconstruction in Diagnosis of Sacral Tumor by 64-row Multidetector Computed Tomography

Objecrie： To explore the value of 64-row MDCT with three-dimensional CT reconstruction in the diagnosis of sacral tumor. Methods： Twenty-nine cases of sacral tumor were retrospectively analyzed, there were twelve case of chordnmas, two case of chondrosareoma, four case of giant cell tumor, eight case of metastasis,3 case of neurogenic tumor. All cases were studied with X-ray plain films and MDCT. Result： Twenty-nine patients suffered from sacral tumor were examined with X ray, Toshiba Aquilion 64-row MDCT and 3-DCT. Further more we used the 3-DCT to obtain the overall images of pelvic and take the photographs needed by rotating at any angle, All kinds of cases included different lesion extent and location, sacrura destruction, soft tissue mass, calcification. Conchusion 64-row MDCT is important and effective in imaging diagnosis sacral tumor, 3-DCT reconstruction in detection and evaluation of sacral tumor is more sensitive, especially for destroyed bone and mini-calcification. It plays an important role in diagnosis and selection of treatment.
