| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨64排CT血管成像在肝癌介入治疗中的应用价值。方法:分析34例肝癌患者介入治疗前行64排CT血管成像检查,观察与数字减影血管造影两者肿瘤供血动脉的显示情况。结果:64排CT血管成像与数字减影血管造影检查显示的肿瘤供血动脉数量大致相同,但对于显示肿瘤供血动脉的三维结构,优于数字减影血管造影检查。结论:64排CT血管成像可更好地显示肿瘤供血动脉,在指导肝癌介入治疗中具有较好的应用价值。

| Abstract: | Objective： To evaluate the value of 64-slice CT angiography in the interventional treatment of liver cancer.Methods： To watch the display of tumor feeding artery through DSA,and the display through 64-slice CTA before interventional treatment.Results： The display of tumor feeding artery were the same number between 64-slice CT angiography and DSA,but the three-dimensional structure of tumor feeding artery were better than DSA.Conclusion： 64-slice CT angiography can be better revealed tumor feeding artery,and has good application value In the guidance of interventional treatment of liver cancer. |
