内镜导航超声成像技术联合常规超声评价颈动脉硬化程度的研究

摘    要:目的:探讨内镜导航超声成像技术联合常规超声评价颈动脉硬化程度的价值。方法:选取正常颈动脉、颈动脉硬化斑块、颈动脉斑块伴50%以上狭窄患者各30例,分别行常规超声以及内镜导航超声成像技术联合常规超声检查,比较两种成像的结果。结果:内镜导航超声成像显示正常颈动脉内壁均匀、光滑,呈整齐环状结构;颈动脉斑块显示大小不等的团块向腔内突出,表面光滑、完整,管腔不规则变窄。常规超声显示颈动脉正常组30例中,内镜导航成像显示其中2例可见侧壁小斑块;颈动脉斑块组30例患者中,常规超声检出54个斑块,内镜导航超声成像技术检出68个斑块。常规超声显示颈动脉斑块伴50%以上狭窄30例,内镜导航超声成像显示其中5例狭窄不足50%。结论:内镜导航超声成像技术能够动态、直观地显示颈动脉管腔内的结构,提高前壁及侧壁的斑块显示率,更准确地确定颈动脉狭窄程度,弥补了常规超声的不足,是常规超声的有益补充。

Abstract:Objective: To study the endoscopic navigation ultrasound imaging technology in carotid atherosclerosis. Methods: 30 cases of nonnal carotid artery, 30 cases of carotid atherosclerosis and 30 cases of carotid artery plaque with more than 50% stenosis were studied by the conventional ultrasound (including two-dimensional, color Doppler and spectral Doppler ultrasound) and endoscopic navigation uhrasound imaging respectively, and compare the results. Results: Endoscopic navigation ultrasound imaging showed normal carotid artery wall as sn'tooth and neat rings. The local inner wall is not smooth in carotid atherosclerosis, carotid artery plaque is showed as prominent clumps of varying size to the cavity, and the lumen is irregular. Stenosis. Carotid artery plaque of 30 patients, conventional ultrasound detected 54 plaques, while endoscopic navigation ultrasound imaging detected 68 plaques, The conventional ultrasonic of carotid artery plaque with more than 50% stenosis in 30 cases, endoscopic navigation ultrasound imaging showed 5 cases of stenosis less than 50%. Conch~sions: Endoscopic navigation ultrasound imaging technology is dynamic. intuitive display the Internal stnlcture of the carotid arteries, which can improve the detection rate of plaque in anterior and lateral wall, display a more accurate determination of carotid artery stenosis. It can be useful complement to conventional ultrasound.
