| 摘 要： | 报告１９例多原发癌（ＭＰＣ）的临床资料。本组ＭＰＣ有下列特点：（１）先证癌中，以喉癌（８／１９）最多；（２）同时性ＭＰＣ占５２％；（３）１７例非血液系统ＭＰＣ的先证癌有１５例为鳞癌；（４）食道癌均表现为第二原发癌，其先证癌均为喉癌和下咽癌；（５）同时性喉ＭＰＣ的第二原发癌可在多种器官发生。作者并结合文献复习，对ＭＰＣ的流行病学、诊断和治疗进行了简要讨论

| Abstract: | Nineteen patients with multiple primary carcinomas(MPC)were reported.They had the following characteristics:(1)laryngeal carcinomas(8/19)were in the majority in 19 proband carcinomas;(2)synchronous MPC(10/19)constituted 52% of all cases;(3)15 of 17 proband carcinomas from non lymphatic systematic MPCs were squamous cell carcinomas,(4)all esophageal carcinomas were the second primary carcinoma whose proband carcinoma was larygeal and hypopharyngeal carcinomas and(5)the second primary carcinoma of laryngeal synchronous MPC may take place in many organs.Integratin 19 MPCs with literature review,the epidemiology,diagnosis and treatment of MPC were discussed briefly. |
