| 摘 要： | 13例患者静注异丙酚2．5mg／Kp后观测MAP、PR、TV、RR、MV、pHa和PaCO2的改变，并与静注咪唑安定0．28mg／Kg（n＝16）或0．40mg／Kg（n＝16）的观测结果比较．结果提示异丙酚对MAP影响程度较轻，MAP平均最大降幅为22．2％，和咪唑安定组相似，但脉率有减缓趋势。异丙酚和咪唑安定都能引起短暂的呼吸抑制，异丙酚组呼吸停顿发生率比咪唑安定组高，但通气量的恢复比咪唑安定组快得多。

| Abstract: | 13 patients were observed for the changes of MAP, PR, TV, MV, SpO2, pHa and PaCO2 after propofol 2.5mg/kg intravenation, and they were compared with midazolam 0.28mg/kg (n=16) or 0.40mg/kg (n=16) intravenation. The results suggested: propofol af fected slightly with MAP, on average, the maximal decrease of MAP was 22.2%. It was similar to the changes of MAP after midazolam intravenation, but propofol group had the trend of bradycardia. Both propofol and midazolam may result in transient apnea. The incidence of apnea of propofol group was higher than that of midazolam group, but the recovery of MV was sooner than that of midazolam group. |
