超脉冲CO_2激光眼袋整复术230例临床分析

目的　将先进的激光技术应用于眼袋整复术 ,以提高疗效 ,减少并发症。方法　将 2 30例不同类型的眼袋患者分为三组 ,A组 :结膜径路眼袋整复术 ;用激光刀在结膜面切开 ,取出脂肪组织。B组 :皮肤径路眼袋整复术 ;常规皮肤径路 ,用激光刀将脂肪取出 ,剪除多余的皮肤后缝合切口。C组 :结膜径路眼袋整复术加下睑皮肤除皱术 ;第一步按A组的方法取出脂肪 ,第二步用激光行下睑皮肤除皱术。结果　采用激光联合疗法治疗不同类型的眼袋 ,术后经临床观察及随访 ,满意率 97.2 9%。结论　将激光技术应用于眼袋整复术 ,可缩短手术时间 ,提高疗效 ,减少并发症

Clincal analysis of ultrapulse CO_2 laser for lower blepharoplasty 230 cases

Objective Application of advanced laser technique in treatment of different kinds of lower blepharoplasty and doing clinical analysis research. Methods 230 cases of different kind lower blepharoplaty were given into three group. Group A: blepharoplaty through conjuncti al incision; Incision with laser in conjunctival surface and taking out the fat tissue. Group B: blepharoplaty through skin incision; routine skin incision, taking out the fat tissue with laser. cut out the redundant skin and close the wound. Group C: the first step of removing the fat tissue as was done group A, the second step was removal of redumdart skin of lower eyelid. Results Though clinical observation and follow up, using the method of laser for blepharoplasty, the satisfactory rate was 97.29%. Conclusion The blepharoplasty with ultrapulse CO 2 had the advantages of shortening operation time, promoting curative effects and reducing the complaiction.
