| 摘 要： | 目的 提供理想的腋窝瘢痕挛缩修复材料和方法。方法 以旋肩胛动脉升支或降支血管为蒂形成肩胛区岛状皮瓣 ,转移修复腋窝瘢痕切除后遗留创面。结果 本组共 9例 ,其中以旋肩胛动脉升支血管为蒂的肩胛区岛状皮瓣 6例 ,以旋肩胛动脉降支血管为蒂的肩胛区岛状皮瓣 3例 ,皮瓣全部成活 ,效果满意。结论 肩胛区岛状皮瓣血运丰富 ,与腋窝接近 ,转移方便 ,操作简单 ,是修复腋窝瘢痕挛缩的较好材料

| Abstract: | Objective To provide an ideal auto-materials for repair of axillary burn scar contractures. Methods Island skin flaps of scapular region have been elevated based on ascending or descending branches of circumflex scapular artery and transferred to resurface the axillary wounds. Results 9 patients were treated with the method since 1998. The flaps used included 6 island skin flaps pedicled on ascending branch of the circumflex scapular artery and 3 island skin flaps pedicled on descending branch of that artery. All flaps survived and good results achieved. Conclusion Island skin flaps of scapular region are good materials for repair of axillary burn scar contractures. Its advantages include good blood supply, convenient transfer owing to its neighbor to axilla and simple performance. |
