下睑局部解剖在眼袋整复术中的临床意义

目的　探讨下睑局部解剖在眼袋成形术中的临床意义。方法　从 1996年 1月至 1999年 8月 ,对 2 96例眼袋患者进行眼袋整复术 ,根据不同患者其下睑局部解剖结构特点 ,采用下睑结膜径路法或皮肤径路法进行治疗。结果　 2例因眶脂去除不够 ,经再次手术后获满意效果 ;3例术后下睑轻度外翻 ,3个月内均自行恢复正常。其余效果均满意。结论　眼袋整复手术的效果与下睑局部组织变化有着密切的关系。

Clinical significance of lower eyelid topographic anatomy in lower blepharolasty

Objective To study the clinical significance of lower eyelid topographic anatomy in lower blepharoplasty. Methods From January 1996 to August 1999, we performed plastic operation for 296 cases of eye-bag. We chose the incision either on lower eyelid conjunctiva or on skin according to different lower eyelid topographic anatomic characteristics. Results 2 of 296 cases were satisfied with cosmetic results only after second operation because the orbital fat was not removed enough at first operation. 3 of 296 cases had light ectropion of eyelid after operation and recovered spontaneously after three months. The others obtained excellent cosmetic results. Conclusion Effect of lower blepharoplasty show a close relationship with change of local tissues in lower eyelid.
