军队医院文职护士军事素质与卫勤保障能力培训的实践与效果

目的探讨提高军队医院文职护士军事素质和卫勤保障能力的培养方式。方法针对文职护士的特点，采取岗前培训和岗位培训相结合的方式。集中4周岗前培训，包括理论学习和军事训练；重视岗位培训，采取熟练临床护理工作与提高卫勤保障能力相结合的培训方法。结果63名文职护士卫勤基础理论和战伤急救技能考核优良率达100．00％，其中34名被选为卫勤保障医疗队成员，10名被任命为科室护士长，32名被评为优秀护士。结论根据文职护士的特点，采取有针对性的、科学的培训措施，可以显著提高文职护十的军事素质和卫勤保障能力。
