| 摘 要： | 对环磷酰胺(CTX)化疗后的瓦克癌肉瘤大鼠采用胎肝细胞输注(FLI)观察骨髓造血功能的变化。FLI 组和 CTX+FLI 组骨髓造血细胞的~3H-TdR 掺入量分别高于生理盐水组和 CTX 组(P<0.01和 P<0.05),CTX+FLI 组外周血白细胞计数和网织红细胞计数明显高于 CTX 组(P<0.001和 P<0.05)。FLI 具有促进化疗后骨髓造血功能恢复的作用。

| Abstract: | This paper reports the effect of fetal liver infusion(FLI)on the hematopoietic recovery of the bone marrow after cyclophosphamide(CTX)in rats bearing Walker carcinosarcoma 256(W_(256)).The results showed that the amount of ~3H-TdR incorporated into marrow hematopoietic cells in FLI group and CTX+FLI group was higher than that in control groups(P<0.01 and P<0.05 respectively).The peripheral white blood cell count(WBC)and reticulocyte count(Ret)in CTX+FLI group were higher than those in CTX group(P<0.001 and P<0.05 respectively).The data indicate that FLI may promote the reversal of the bone marrow depression caused by chemotherapy. |
