颅脑伤合并迟发血胸的诊治观察

目的:探讨颅脑外伤合并迟发性血气胸的相互影响及诊治方法。方法:回顾性分析了病人的临床资料及诊断治疗方法。结果:22例病人中,15例中型颅脑损伤治愈12例,中残2例,死亡1例;5例重型颅脑损伤治愈1例,重残2例。死亡2例,特重型颅脑损伤2例均死亡。结论:颅脑外伤易掩盖胸外伤病情,且开颅手术须全麻气管插管,有正压通气过程,易引起迟发性血气胸,血气胸发现早晚与脑外伤预后密切相关。

Diagnosis and Treatment of Cerebral Trauma Combined with Delayed Hemopneumothorax

Objective: To discuss the mutual influence of cerebral trauma and its combined delayed hemopneumothorax and their diagnosis and treatment.Methods:22 patients were retrospectively analysed including all clinical data,diagnosis and therapies,Results: Among the 22 cases, 13 cases were recovered,2 cases were severely disabled,2 moderately disabled and 5 died. Conclusion: Symptom of thoracic trauma is often masked by the cerebral trauma of the patient. There is a positive pressure respiration course in the surgery operation of the patient and delayed homopneumothorax often happened then. So to discover hemopneumothorax at an early date is important to the prognosis of the patient.
