卧龙区综合医院疑似肺结核病人转诊情况分析

目的]分析卧龙区内综合医院疑似肺结核病人的转诊情况,探讨提高转诊率的措施.方法]根据南阳市卧龙区1995～2004年结核病人登记本、表卡、转诊登记本和逐年对各级医疗卫生机构抽查考核情况进行综合评价.结果]10年平均转诊到位率为64.5%,涂阳登记率由1995年的1.3/10万,提高到2004年20.1/10万,转诊的5688例病人中,发现活动性病人1211例,占全部发现活动性病人的53.5%.结论]各级医疗卫生机构,尤其是综合医院是发现病人的主要来源,加强辖区综合医院转诊的管理,进一步规范转诊程序,从而提高转诊到位率.

ANALYSIS ON TRANSFER TREATMENT OF SUSPECTED PULMONARY TUBERCULOSIS PATIENTS IN GENERAL HOSPITAL

Objective]To analyze transfer treatment of suspected pulmonary tuberculosis patients in general hospital in Wolong and explore the measures to raise the rate of transfer treatment.Methods]The data came from registers,forms and cards,transfer treatment registers and sheets and monitoring reports of health institutions at different levels in Wolong district from 1995 to 2004.Results]The average rate of successful transfer treatment of suspected pulmonary tuberculosis patients was 64.5% during the ten years.The registration rate of smear positive patients raised from 1.3/100 000 in 1995 to 20.1/100 000in 2004.There were 5688 referral patients,in which 1211 were confirmed with active tuberculosis.It accounted for 53.5% of all the patients who were detected with active tuberculosis.Conclusion]The health institutions,especially general hospitals,are important sources where tuberculosis cases are detected.The rate of successfully transferred patients could be improved through strengthening management of the referral system.
