| 摘 要： | 目的:研究中药提取物百安(活血化瘀抗肿瘤药)对人舌鳞状细胞癌Tca8113细胞的抑制作用。方法：采用细胞形态观察法、MTT法及活细胞计数法观察百安对Tca8113细胞的作用，同时以常用化疗药物顺铂为对照。结果：1：50稀释的百安对Tca8113细胞的抑制率1d为50％，且随时间增加而增加，百安联合顺铂对Tca8113细胞的协同作用不明显。结论：中药提取物百安对人舌鳞状细胞癌Tca8113有直接杀伤作用，且有时间依赖性，在人舌鳞状细胞癌的治疗方面有一定意义。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the growth inhibition of Tea8113 cells, human tongue squamous cell line. by Baian. the extract of traditional Chinese herbs. Methods: We identified the growth inhibition of Tea8113 cells by morphological observation, MTT assay and alive cell counting. Cells treated with Cisplatin as a control. Results: The inhibitory rate of Baian on Tca8113 cells came to 50% after ld, and increased as time went. The co-effect with Cisplatin is not shown. Conclusion: Baian can efficiently inhibit the growth of Tea8113 cells time dependently. |
