| 摘 要： | 目的评价翼状胬肉逆向切除联合羊膜移植手术的临床疗效。方法67例（89眼）原发性翼状胬肉进行逆向切除联合羊膜移植术，随访观察6—18月。结果89眼中84眼（94．38％）治愈，5m（5．62％）复发。结论翼状胬肉逆向切除联合羊膜移植术是治疗翼状胬肉的一种有效方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of reversectomy combined with AMT for treatment of pterygium. Mothods 67cases(89 eyes)with ptergium were reversectomy combined with AMT.Follow up was 6-18 months.Results In the 89 eyes,84 eyes(94.38%)were cured,5 of 89 eyes(5.62%)were reurred. Conclusion reversectomy combined with AMT is a valuable method for the treatment of pterygium. |
