复方倍他米松注射液联合消痛贴膏治疗膝骨关节炎的临床疗效观察

目的探讨复方倍他米松注射液联合消痛贴膏治疗膝骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法就诊患者随机分为两组，对照组予以消痛贴膏贴敷于关节间隙，每日1贴，连续用药4周为1疗程；治疗组同时予以复方倍他米松注射液1mL加2％利多卡因注射液2mL作关节腔内封闭治疗，每2周1次，2次为1疗程；于治疗前、疗程结束后分别进行症状分级量化评分；停药随访半年后观察复发情况，评估疗效。结果疗程结束后，治疗组有效率为86．87％，对照组为70．49％，X^2=4．89（P〈0．05）；随访半年后，治疗组复发率为15．79％，对照组为43．33％，X^2=6．32（P〈0．05）。结论复方倍他米松注射液联合消痛贴膏治疗膝骨关节炎起效迅速，疗效维持时间长，疗效满意，提高了患者的生活质量。

The clinical curative effect of compound betamethasone injection combined with Xiaotong plaster in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of compound betamethasone injection combined with Xiaotong Plaster in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis. Method The patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group. Patients of the control group were given one piece of Xiaotong Plaster patching in the joint space every day for four weeks. At the same time, the treatment group was given compound betamethasone injection 1 mL and 2% lidocaine injection 2 mL into the articular cavity every two weeks. Symptoms were graded before and after the treatment. The efficacy and recurrence were evaluated after been followed-up for six months. Results After the treatment, the effective rate of the treatment group was 86.87%, while the control group was 70.49%, X^2 = 4.89 （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Six months later, the relapse rate of the treatment group was 15.79% while the control group was 43.33%, X^2 = 6.32 （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion A combination treatment of compound betamethasone injection joint and Xiaotong Plaster for knee osteoarthritis is quick and effective. It is a good way to improve the quality of life for patients.
