自制半自动整骨器治疗桡骨远端骨折的疗效观察

目的研究自制半自动整骨器治疗闭合性桡骨远端骨折的疗效。方法采用自制半自动整骨器对60例闭合性桡骨远端骨折患暂进行复位治疗，分析其治疗后并发症发生情况，并对治疗效果进行评价。结果本组患者均复位成功，无缺血坏死等并发症发生。复位后随访3-12个月，X线影像显示骨折全部愈合，疗效评价为优53例（88．3％），良5例（8．3％），不满意2例（3．3％），无失败病例，优良率为96．7％。结论采用自制半自动整骨器治疗闭合性桡骨远端骨折复位成功率高，术后并发症少，是一种安全可靠的治疗方法。

Curative effects of self-designed semi-automatic reduction apparatus on distal radius fracture treatment

Objective To study the curative effects of self-designed semi-automatic reduction apparatus on distal radius fracture treatment. Methods 60 cases of distal radius fracture patients were treated with self-designed semi-automatic reduction apparatus. The curative effects and post-therapy complications were analyzed. Results All cases were cured successfully with semi-automatic reduction apparatus and there were no complications. The curative effects evaluation were： 53 cases （88.3%） excellent, 5 cases （8.3%） effective, and 2 eases （3.3%） unsatisfactory. The excellent and effective rate was 96.7%. Conclusion The self-designed senti-automatic reduction apparatus is a safe and highly effective method for distal radius fracture with little complications.
