本文结合创建和谐医院的工作实际，提出构建和谐医院必须紧紧抓住发展主题，围绕“以人为本”这个中心。把科学发展作为构建和谐医院的核心，把关系协调作为构建和谐医院的基础，把机制创新作为构建和谐医院的保证，把满意服务作为构建和谐医院的目的，实现医院良好发展。
