Value of urine cross examination combined with quantitative detection of bacteria in diagnosis of urinary tract infection

【Objective】To explore the application value of urinary tenfold test combined with quantitative detection of bacteria in the diagnosis of urinary tract infection.【Methods】A total of 258 patients with suspected urinary tract infection who came to our hospital from September 2017 to December 2019 were selected as research objects.According to the different diagnosis methods,they were divided into two groups,study group and control group,129 cases each.The control group adopted the urine ten joint test,while the research group used the bacterial quantitative test based on the control group,so as to analyze the misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis of the two groups after diagnosis,the diagnostic accuracy,sensitivity and specificity of the two groups,and the patients'satisfaction with the diagnosis.【Results】The misdiagnosis rate and missed diagnosis rate in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of the diagnosis in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);the diagnosis satisfaction in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).【Conclusion】The clinical diagnosis of urinary tract infection based on the combination of urinary tenfold test and bacterial quantitative test has a high diagnostic accuracy and can significantly reduce the misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis.It has a high sensitivity and specificity in the diagnosis of urinary tract infection,and is worth popularizing.
