Effect of partial exchange therapy combined with iron protein succinylate in treatment of neonates with early severe anemia

【Objective】To analyze the curative effect of partial exchange therapy combined with iron protein succinylate in the treatment of neonates with early severe anemia.【Methods】From March 2018 to March 2019,115 neonates with severe anemia were selected and divided into experimental group(58 cases)and control group(57 cases)according to the principle of random number table.Both groups received routine treatment,the control group was treated with iron protein succinylate alone,and the experimental group was treated with partial exchange therapy.Clinical efficacy,nutritional indicators and safety were compared between the two groups.【Results】The total effective rate was 94.83%in the experimental group and 80.70%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,Hb,SF,MCA,MCH in the two groups were increased,which were higher in the experimental group than in the control group(P<0.05).There were no severe adverse reactions in both groups.【Conclusion】Partial exchange therapy combined with iron protein succinylate is effective in the treatment of neonatal severe anemia,which can effectively improve the level of nutritional indicators,and is safe and effective.
