| 摘 要： | 目的研究Bcl-2蛋白在人脑胶质瘤表达水平与组织学分级之间的相关性.方法收集不同病理级别人脑胶质细胞瘤标本47例,非肿瘤患者的正常脑组织10例.标本均行HE染色与SP免疫组织化学染色,分析Bcl-2蛋白表达程度与胶质细胞瘤恶性分级的关系.结果正常脑组织未见Bcl-2蛋白表达, Bcl-2的表达水平与人脑胶质细胞瘤的恶性程度呈正相关,Bcl-2在复发性脑胶质细胞瘤中的表达水平（84.6%）显著高于初发性脑胶质细胞瘤组（23.5%）（ P〈0.05）.结论 Bcl-2在正常脑组织中不表达,Bcl-2的表达水平与人脑胶质细胞瘤的恶性程度呈正相关,可作为判断人脑胶质瘤恶性程度的一项辅助指标.

| Abstract: | Objective To study the correlation between the expression of Bcl-2 in gliomas and the gliomas malignancy.Methods Forty seven samples of gliomas were divided into 4 groups by the WHO standard,10 normal brain samples as controls.All the samples were stained with HE and SP immunohistochemistry,to observe the expression of Bcl-2 and the gliomas malignancy.Results No positive staining was found in normal brain samples.The Bcl-2 positive expression rate increased with the degree of malignancy.The expression rate of Bcl-2 in recurrent astrocytoma group(84.6%)was higher than that in primary astrocytoma group(23.5%)(P<0.05).Conclusion There is no expression of Bcl-2 in normal cerebral cell.The Bcl-2 positive expression level increase with the degree of malignancy. |
