成人病毒性肺炎的中医证治与机制研究进展

中医药在防治病毒性肺炎的发生发展中具有一定优势,中医理论认为病毒性肺炎是因感受温热病邪而发病,与人体正气虚弱相关,病位主要在肺,涉及心、脾、肝等脏腑,虚实夹杂是其病性。临床多见风热犯肺、痰热阻肺证型,运用脏腑辨证、六经辨证、三焦辨证及卫气营血辨证理论进行辨证施治。中医药主要从抑制炎症反应、调节免疫功能、降低病毒复制转导等方面发挥防治作用。

Progress of the research into traditional Chinese medicine syndrome and mechanisms of adult viral pneumonia

Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) has certain advantages in the prevention and treatment for the development of viralpneumonia.Viral pneumonia is caused by warm disease in TCM theory, associated with Zhengqi weakness. The Zang-fu involved in viral pneumonia mainly contain lung, heart, spleen, liver and so on. Viral pneumonia is mingled with excess and deficiency syndromes. Sydrome of wind-heat invading lung and syndrome of phlegm-heat congesting lung are mainly seen in clicical research. Methods of treatment are based on the theory of syndrome differentiation of Zang-fu viscera, syndrome-differentiation of the six meridians, syndrome differentiation of triple energizer and Weiqi Yingxue syndrome differentiation. TCM plays a major role in the prevention and treatment of viral pneumonia by inhibiting inflammation, regulating immune function and reducing viral replication transduction and so on.
