银杏叶提取物对家兔高胆固醇血症模型脑组织形态学的影响

摘    要:目的]通过高胆固醇血症家兔模型观察银杏叶提取物(EGB761)对中枢神经纤维的影响。方法]以成年雄性新西兰大白兔复制高胆固醇血症模型,实验分为4组:对照组、模型组、阳性药辛伐他汀组、EGB761组。用苏木精-伊红(HE)染色和嗜银染色法观察神经元及神经纤维的形态学改变。结果]外周胆固醇升高时,模型组海马出现较多神经元变性、坏死,神经纤维缠结等病理改变。EGB761组变性、坏死的神经元明显少于模型组,细胞核形态基本规则,嗜神经现象少见,神经纤维缠结少于模型组。结论]EGB761可有效保护高胆固醇血症时神经纤维结构的完整性。

Abstract:Objective] To study the effect of the extract of Ginkgo Biloba 761(EGB 761) on brain tissue morphology in rabbit hypercholesteremia model. Methods] We built the hypercholesteremia model with male New Zealand white rabbits, which were divided into four groups: the control group, the model group, the simvastatin group, the EGB761 group. Detecting the morphology change of nerve fiber with HE staining and silver staining. Results] The hippocampus in model group showed neuronal degeneration, necrosis and microfibers tangles while the EGB761 group showed less neuronal degeneration, necrosis and microfibers tangles, and regular nuclear morphometry. Conclusion] EGB761 can effectively protect the integrity of the structure of nerve fibers in hypercholesterolemia.
