| 摘 要： | 瓣膜替换术做心脏瓣膜病变确切可行的治疗方法，已被广泛应用，术后并发症也随之而来，我院1990年1月到1994年8月共为123例病人行人工机械瓣膜替换，术后晚期（指术后二个月以后）发生感染心内膜炎5例，发生率为4．07％，现报告如下。

| Abstract: | In the past 4 yeas.123 patients were und erwent mechanical valve replacements in our hospital, There are 5 cases of late stage infective endocarditia.The incidence is 4.07%.The patients underwent mechanical valve and multi-valve replacements,and middle or old age patients are liable to the disease.The major causative agent is staphylococcus and fungi.Echocardiography examination is simple and effective with high rate of diagnsis.It is helpful to estimate prognosis and instruct treatment. Intraeranial hemorrhage is one of main causes of the death.Treatment is divided into medicine therapy and reoperation. The latter is helpful to improving patients living condition and reducing the rate of death. |
