| 摘 要： | 目的比较不同季节含糖输液热压灭菌后同一灭菌车上不同位置5-羟甲基糠醛含量(5-HMF)。方法按《中国药典》2005版检测不同条件下5-HMF含量不同。结果不同季节不同降温条件、同一灭菌车上不同位置5-HMF含量不同。结论5-HMF检测取样位置在灭菌车次上层中央位置;夏季高温季节要注意灭菌后降温。

| Abstract: | Objective Comparing different seasons sugar-containing infusion hot pressing disinfected after different locations on the same sterilization 5-Qiangjia base furfural content.Methods According to the “Chinese Pharmacopoeia” 2005 edition testing different conditions 5-Qiangjia base furfural content different.Results In different seasons cooling conditions,a different location on the same sterilization 5-Qiangjia base furfural content different.Conclusion 5-Qiangjia base furfural test sampling locations in the upper central location disinfected trips;We should pay attention to the summer heat season disinfected after cooling. |
