| 摘 要： | 目的介绍经蝶入路切除垂体腺瘤的显微手术技术以及并发症的处理。方法对25例垂体腺瘤手术入路、术中操作和并发症进行临床分析和比较。结果全切除14例,次全切除7例,大部分切除4例,无死亡及病残发生。结论该入路损伤小,安全,并发症少,适用于切除绝大多数垂体腺瘤。

| Abstract: | Objective To introduce the transsphenoidal microsurgical operative technique for treatment of pituitary adenoma and postoperative complication. Methods The approach,operative procedures and complications in 25 cases with pituitary adenomas treated by microsurgery.Rusults Total resection were achieved in 14 patients, subtotal resection in 7 patients, gross resection in 4 patients.Conclusions With small destructure and less complication,this approach is useful for the treatment of pituitary adenoma. |
