| 摘 要： | 在住院医师规范化培训阶段中，临床实践能力的培训与考核是住院医师规范化培训内容的重要组成部分，也是提高住院医师临床技能的关键。我院住院医师规范化培训工作从1988年实施以来已取得了一些成效。现对住院医师实践能力的培训与考核方法作介绍。

| Abstract: | The train and examination of the residents＇ clinical practice ability is the essential part of the standardized residents training, and also is the key point to improve the residents＇ clinical ability. In 1988 the standardized residents training program was put into effect in Zhongshan Hospital. After 20 years＇ practice, we achieve initial success in the program. In this article, we would like to share you our experience of the training and examining methods of the residents＇ clinical practice ability. |
