| 摘 要： | 医院正处于大规模改造期，新建、改建、扩建工程遍地开花。为提高固定资产所得效果，医院院长和基建管理者必须了解基本的程序和有关法律、法规、制度，才能保证工期的顺利实现，提高工程质量和安全，充分发挥基建工程的效益。

| Abstract: | The Hospital is in the stage of large-scale transformation,with a new,reconstruction or expansion project taken off.In order to improve the effect of fixed assets,the dean of hospital and the managers of infrastructure must understand the basic procedures and the relevant laws,regulations and system,to guarantee the successful completion of the project,advance the quality and safety of the project,and adequately produce the benefit of infrastructure projects. |
