| 摘 要： | 目的以甲型H1N1流感为例,探讨口岸防控传染病成效评估体系的建立及应用。方法以深圳口岸甲型H1N1流感防控工作为线索,以甲型H1N1流感对深圳经济社会产生的影响为参考,对传染病防控评估指标、评估体系作系统分析,构建流行病学、经济学、社会学"三位一体"的传染病防控评估体系。结果建立流行病学、经济学、社会学"三大体系",明确指标系统化、指标量化、指标标准化"三个要素",是构建系统评估体系的核心内容。结论系统全面的疫情防控体系对做好甲型H1N1流感等传染病疫情的防控具有重要的现实意义和深远的历史意义。
