| 摘 要： | 目的探讨腹腔镜在诊断输卵管堵塞及治疗输卵管不孕症中的效果。方法对2010年2月至2011年3月我院收治的40例继发性不孕患者进行腹腔镜诊断及治疗。结果采用传统通液及碘油造影诊断的输卵管堵塞40例中,经腹腔镜检查有3例为输卵管完全通畅,假阳性率7.5%;37例行腹腔镜治疗,有28例通畅,通畅率75.7%,其中25例术后2月随访,23例通畅,通畅率92.0%;18例妊娠,妊娠率45.0%。结论腹腔镜诊断输卵管堵塞比传统的方法准确率高,具有明显优势;在治疗输卵管伞端堵塞积水及输卵管周围粘连所致的不孕是有效的。
