| 摘 要： | 目的了解广州白云机场口岸从业人员梅毒感染情况和流行特点,为口岸从业人员传染病防控提供科学依据和指导。方法用甲苯胺红不加热血清(TRUST)试验做初筛,阳性血清采用梅毒螺旋体抗体明胶颗粒(TPPA)试验确认。所得数据采用SPSS软件进行统计分析。结果对2007—2008年14345名口岸从业人员进行健康体检,检出梅毒感染者39例,检出率为0.27%。其中男性12例,女性27例,男女比例为4:9。年龄分布以30～39岁为主,占感染总人数的48.72%;职业分布以服务行业最多为25人,占感染总人数的64.10%;感染途径以婚外性接触感染为主,占感染者总数的92.31%。结论在控制和预防梅毒的过程中,更应加强宣传教育,使其提高自我保护意识并正确对待和及时治疗。同时要不断提高监测水平,控制和切断梅毒在口岸的传播。

| Abstract: | Objective To understand the status of syphilis infection among employees at Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport, and to provide scientific evidence for infectious diseases surveillance and prevention. Methods The results on syphilis serum of employees at Guangzhou Baiyun Airport were analyzed. TRUST was used in screen and TPPA was conducted as a confirm method.
