| 摘 要： | 目的了解多媒体健康教育讲座对大学生艾滋病相关问题的知、信、行的影响,探索适合在大学生中开展艾滋病健康教育的有效方法。方法借助多媒体对大学生开展艾滋病相关知识讲座,并对教育前后学生的艾滋病、性病知识得分以及艾滋病相关信念、态度、行为得分进行比较分析。结果教育后艾滋病基本知识回答正确率较教育前明显提高(P<0.01),教育后艾滋病相关信念、态度、行为明显改善(P<0.05或P<0.01)。教育前艾滋病基本知识得分为(22.4±4.35),教育后得分为(27.4±3.01),差异有统计学意义(t=10.87,P<0.01)。教育前艾滋病相关信念、态度、行为的得分为(10.2±3.57),教育后得分为(15.1±3.41),差异有统计学意义(t=11.67,P<0.01)。结论利用多媒体开展艾滋病相关知识讲座,对提高大学生艾滋病相关知识以及信念、态度、行为方面是有效的。
