| 摘 要： | 目的 了解广东省钙拮抗药应用情况。方法 对4年中消耗的钙拮抗药用药金额、用药频度及日均费用等的变化进行统计、分析。结果 2000-2003年钙拮抗药的购药金额逐年上升;二氢吡啶类钙拮抗药为临床上最常用的钙拮抗药;用药金额最大的为氨氯地平;用药频度最高的为硝苯地平。结论 钙拮抗药应用趋势是二氢吡啶类药物前景看好,缓、控释制剂应用将更普遍。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the situation of calcium antagonist used in Guangdong Province. Methods To investigate calcium antagonist used during the past four years in respect to the sum of money of consumption, DDDs and daily cost.Results The consumption sum of calcium antagonist during the period 2000-2003 has been increased. The most frequently used alcium antagonist was the kind of dihydropyridine. Amlodipine occupied the first place in the list of sum of money of consumption. Nifedipine were much more frequently used than others. Conclusions Dihydropyridine calcium antagonist is promising, and the sustained release preparation or controlled release preparation would be more and more frequently used. |
