冠心病病人健康教育的成效分析

目的：为了增强冠心病患对疾病的认知性和依从性，方法：自行设计 问卷对冠心病病人进行健康教育前后的有关冠心病知识认识水平的调查研究。结果：145例病人接受教育前后，对血脂控制指标、冠心病的危险因素、复查时间认识水平有显性差异，分别P＜0．01，P＜0．01，P＜0．05。结论：通过对患的教育，使患的认识做好疾病预防重要性，从而积极预防疾病，延缓病情的发展。

Effects of health education on the patients with coronary heart diseas

Objective To help the patients of coronary heart disease (CHD) understand their physical condition so as to enhance their understanding and compliance to the disease.Methods To compare the knowledge processed by 145 patients about CHD before the education with that after the education.Results After the education, the subjects' knowledge about ideal blood lipid levels, risk factors for CHD and re-examination interval was significantly different from that before the education ( P<0.01, P<0.01,P <0.05).Conclusion With the help of education, the patinets are able to realize the importance of early prevention so as to actively prevent the disease and delay its development.
