| 摘 要： | 目的：评价低位直肠癌经肛门局部切除的安全性及效果。方法：回顾性分析1995～2003年间经肛门局部切除治疗28例低位直肠癌的临床资料。结果：(1)围手术期死亡率为0。(2)术后排便功能良好，泌尿及性功能正常。(3)复发率14．3％(4／28)。(4)5年生存率为92．1％。结论：低位直肠癌经肛门局部切除术应选择合适的病例，可获得很好的疗效，且并发症少。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate outcome of local excision of rectal cancer for curative purpose.Methods:28 patients with low rectalcarcinoma undergoing local excision from 1995~2003 were analyzed retrospectively.Results:(1) There was no perioperative mortality in this group.(2) Fecal continence was postoperatively good.(3) 4 patients (14.3%)recurred locally during the period of postoperative follow up.(4) The five year survial rate was 92.1%.Conclusion:Trasanal local excision combined with radiotherapy for lower rectal cancer can produce very good effect, with few complications;but the tumors must meet a rigid criteria. |
