| 摘 要： | 采用PCR RFLP研究内皮型一氧化氮合酶 (eNOS)基因多态性与 2型糖尿病 (DM )及糖尿病视网膜病变 (DR)的关系。未发现eNOS基因的G894T及 4A/B多态性与 2型DM发生关联 ,eNOS基因 4A/B多态性与DR发生可能相关 ,eNOS基因的G894T多态性与DR发生可能无关。

| Abstract: | The association of polymorphisms of endothelial nitric oxide synthase gene (G894T at exon 7 and 4A/B 27-bp tandem repeat at intron 4) with type 2 diabetes mellitus (DM) and diabetic retinopathy (DR) was investigated by PCR-RFLP. The correlation between eNOS gene polymorphisms (G894T and 4A/B) and type 2 DM was not found. 4A/B polymorphism of eNOS gene appears to be correlated with the development of DR, but not that of G894T polymorphism. |
