浦城县学龄前儿童锌铁钙营养状况的调查分析

目的 :探讨本地区学龄前儿童 Zn、Fe、Ca营养状况。方法 :采用原子吸收分光光度法对本地区 497例学龄前儿童头发中 Zn、Fe、Ca含量进行检测。结果 :本地区学龄前儿童发中 Zn、Fe、Ca含量分别为 1 1 4± 7.7,44.9± 4.3 ,447.2± 5 0 .8μg/g。不同年龄段、不同性别之间发Zn、Fe、Ca含量无显著差别 ;Zn、Fe、Ca缺乏率分别为 3 1 .6%、1 0 .7%、2 5 .4% ;随年龄增长 ,Fe、Ca缺乏率逐渐增高 ,差别有显著意义。结论 :本地区小儿 Zn、Fe、Ca营养状况仍处于一个较低水平 ,各年龄组这些元素的营养不良状况不尽相同 ,预防 Zn、Fe、Ca营养不足 ,仍是目前小儿时期最主要的健康问题

Investigation of Zinc，Iron and Calcium Status among Preschool Children In Puchen District

Objective To investigate the nutritional status of Zn,Fe,Ca among preschool children in Puchen district.Methods:Using atom absorption spectrophotometry.in the measurements of hair Zn,Fe,Ca concentration,We studied a total of 497 healthy preschool children in Puchen district.Results:Of the 497 subjects,the hair zinc,iron and calcium content was114.2±7.7 μg/g,44.9±4.3 μg/g,447.2±50.8 μg/g,respectively.The hair Zn,Fe,Ca content did not relate to age and gender.The prevalence of Zn,Fe,Ca deficiency was 31.6%,10.7%,25.4%,respectively.The prevalence of Fe,Ca deficiency increased with age and the difference is significant in statistics.Conclusions,The zinc,iron,calcium nutritional status among preschool children in Puchen district was still in a lower lever,the prevalences of zinc,iron,calcium deficiency among different age groups were variant.The prevention of zinc,iron calcium deficiency is still one of the most crucial healthy tasks in childhood today.
