微型营养评定法在住院老年患者中的应用

目的利用微型营养评定法筛选老年营养不良住院患者并进行早期营养干预，评价其临床实用性和有效性。方法对150例住院患者进行MNA问巷调查、人体测量、生化检测。结果老年住院患者营养不良和可能营养不良出现率分别为20．6％、55．4％。营养良好者占24％。实验室检查血浆白蛋白水平和淋巴细胞计数显示老年住院患者营养不良发生率分别为40％、69％，MNA与体质指数、上臂肌围、三头肌皮褶厚度与血浆白蛋白水平均呈显著正相关（r值分别为0．451、0．195、0．282、0．32）。结论老年住院患者营养不良发生率高，建议应用MNA问卷进行营养筛查，及早进行营养干预。

Application of mini nutritional assessment in evaluatin of nutritional status among elderly hospitalized patients

Objective To evaluate the clinical usefulness and effectiveness of mini nutritional assessment by screening malnutrition in elderly hospitalized patients and suggesting early nutritional intervention. Method MNA questionnaire,anthropometry,and biochemical testing were conducted among 150 elderly hospitalized patients. Results MNA revealing malnutrition and probable malnutrition were found to be 20.6% and 55.4% respectively among elderly hospitalized patients ,and well-nourished rate was 24%. Laboratory tests of plasma albumin levels and lymphocyte count revealing the incidence of malnutrition in elderly hospitalized patients was 40% and 69%. Correlation between MNA and body mass index（r=-0.451）, arm muscle circumference（r=-0.195）, triceps skin-fold thickness（r=0.282）,and serum albumin（r=0.32） were found. Conclusion For the high incidence of malnutrition in elderly hospitalized patients,application of MNA questionnaire for nutritional screening, and early nutritional intervention are recommended.
