摘    要:为规范保健食品的生产,确保产品质量,对江苏省保健食品生产企业卫生情况进行了调查。结果发现提高从业人员素质,改善生产企业厂房设施与工艺流程布局。强化关键控制点管理是保健食品GMP实施的关键。

Abstract:In order to regulate the rules and regulations of manufacture' s health, a survey was conducted to sanitary situation of health food' a manufactures in Jiangsu Province. It was founded that upgrading educational level of employees, improving equipment of workshop and location of technological process ,and strengthening technological control are the key and decision factors to implement goad manufacture practice( GMP) of health food.
