| 摘 要： | 目的评价双重免疫组化染色法在大肠癌微淋巴管研究中的作用。方法利用荆豆凝集素（UEA-1）和鼠抗人IV型胶原单克隆抗体分别标记内层皮细胞对大肠癌组织进行双重免疫组化染色。结果毛细淋巴管仅内皮细胞着兰色而呈细的管腔样结构，而毛细血管则呈现内层蓝褐色外层红色的双层着色的管腔样结构。结论免疫组化双重染色法在大肠癌微淋巴管分布和数量变化等研究方面是一种较为准切客观的方法。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the method of study on the Lymphatic Capillaries of colorectal cancer by using the Immunohistochemical Double Staining technique.Methods An immunohistochemical double staining technique was utilized in colorectal cancer tissue using UEA-1 with a monoclonal antibody and 1W collagen anti-body to observe the lymohatie and blood capillaries.Results Only lymphatic capillaries endothelial cells were stained blue colour, but blood capillaries endothelial cells showed blue colour and blood capillaries basement membranes showed red colour.Conclusion This method can accurately differentiate lymphatic capillaries from blood capillaries in colorectal cancer. |
