北川擂鼓震区卫生防疫消毒效果初评价和传染病监测

摘    要:目的]了解北川擂鼓震区卫生防疫消毒效果和传染病的发病情况,为卫生防疫模式的转变提供依据.方法]利用便携式余氯检测仪对防疫村落的地表水进行余氯检测和利用现况流行病学调查方法对震区传染病进行监测.结果]6月上旬防疫村落的地表水均检测到了余氯,测量值在0.20mg/L左右,转变卫生防疫消毒模式后,6月下旬为0.09mg/L,灾区在6月份未发现呼吸道传染病、肠道传染病、自然疫源性疾病和食物中毒等公共卫生事件.结论]根据地表水余氯检测结果,可对消毒效果进行初步评价,既达到了防疫目的又保护了环境;通过对灾区传染病的监测,可为应急状态卫生防疫模式向过渡期卫生防疫模式的转变提供依据.

Abstract:Objective To make a general understanding of incidence of Infectious Diseases and sterilization control effects in Leigu earthquake area in Beichuan,Sichuan Province,as well as to provide a basis for transformation of the epidemic prevention and sterilization control mode.Method Detect the surface water of the epidemically prevented villages for residual chlorine with portable detectors and make the surveillance to the infectious disease by the way of cross-sectional study in the earthquake area.Result It was proved that there was residual chlorine in the surface water of all the epidemically prevented villages in early June with the test value of about 0.20 mg/L.After the transformation of the epidemic prevention and sterilization control mode,the test value was about 0.09 mg/L in late June.No reports of respiratory infectious disease,intestinal infectious disease,natural focus disease,food poisoning or other public health events infected in the earthquake area in June.Conclusion On the basis of the test results,we can evaluate the sterilization control effects.What we do has achieved the purpose of epidemic prevention,as well as protected the environment.It serves as a basis for transformation from emergency public health epidemic prevention mode to transition period public health epidemic prevention mode that monitoring the infectious diseases in the earthquake area.
