| 摘 要： | [目的]探讨综合护理干预对颈椎病病人的影响。[方法]将2008年10月─2009年4月康复科住院的颈椎病病人116例随机分为干预组和对照组,对照组行常规护理;干预组在常规护理的基础上行综合护理干预,观察两组病人护理效果。[结果]干预组、观察组有效率分别为96.6%,82.8%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]对颈椎病病人进行综合护理干预,能有效改善颈椎病病人症状,提高临床疗效。
