| 摘 要： | 目的 改进二袖套法制备大鼠原位肝移植模型的方法. 方法 120只大鼠行原位肝移植,在原二袖套法基础上改进切取供肝方法,二针法缝合供、受体肝上下腔静脉,出血点行热止血. 结果 大鼠原位肝移植手术时间缩短,手术成功率96.7%,3周存活率94.2%. 结论 改进的大鼠原位肝移植方法手术时间短,成功率高,稳定可靠.

| Abstract: | Objective To modify the two-cuff technique in rat orthotopie liver transplantation. Methods On the basis of the previous two-cuff-technique, 120 cases of rat orthotopic liver transplantation were performed with modification of fast resecting the donor liver, two-stitch suturing suprahepatic inferior vena cavum and stoping bleeding with hot pin and so on. Results The time of operation was reduced, the 24 hours and 3 week survival rates were 96.7% and 94.2% respectively. Conclusion The modified methods shorten the operation time in rat orthotopic liver transplantation. It can enhance the stability and increase survival rate of rat orthotopic liver transplant models. |
