| 摘 要： | 目的了解项目实施前后目标人群相关知识、行为变化，探索健康教育和健康促进方法。方法采取多阶段抽样，对目标人群进行询问式问卷调查。结果目标人群住院分娩相关知识知晓率、健康行为形成率较干预前有显提高，旧观念对住院分娩的影响明显减少。结论在农村开展健康教育和健康促进能够使目标人群掌握健康知识，建立健康的行为和生活方式。

| Abstract: | Objective To learn change of knowledge and behavior among target population before and after execution of project in order to explore methods and effectiveness of health education and health promotion. Methods A questionnaire was conducted among target population by multistage sampling. Results There were significant difference on knowledge rate and formation rate of health behavior about hospital delivery among target population before and after intervention. Influence of old conception on hospital delivery was reducing. Conclusion Health education and health promotion in rural areas can help target population to grasp health knowledge and set up health behavior and life style. |
